Starting in May of 1972 when Mr. Tibor Borsos founded International Titanium Corp. for the purpose of converting titanium ingots into billets, we have provided high-quality processing services for the most unyielding standards and specifications.
Our convenient location, just outside of Pittsburgh, PA allows us to serve many major metal processors.
Our experienced crew, top quality equipment and expansive facility allows us to grind and cut to near exact tolerances, while also being able to scale to our customers needs and deadlines.

Services
Sizes: 4″ RCS & up, slabs, ingots to 52″
Length: 4 ft. to 60 ft.

Shapes: RCS, Rounds, Blooms, Slabs, Ingots and Forgings
Finish: In addition to the usual defect free grinding we perform grinding suitable for sonic and sizing to +/- 1/4″ on rounds or squares.
We are using Track grinders suitable for the various shapes and sizes and the most advanced grinding wheels as per customer specification.
Delivery: Short turn around and on time.

Our level, 10 acre site allows for easy storage and access to materials either already processed or waiting to be processed.

Our Crew
Our crew is experienced in grinding a variety of ingots, billets, blooms slabs, and forgings in all shapes and sizes, including large crankshafts in the range of 30,000 to 65,000 lbs
Our employees are proficient at sizing to a tolerance of +/- ? and have ground metals for some of the largest producers.

History
International Titanium Corp. was formed in May 1972 by our Founder and President Mr. Tibor Borsos, for the purpose of converting titanium ingots into billets. As part of this process it was necessary to grind these ingots, so we installed a grinding line.
A natural customer base existed in the local steel industry, and over the years we have ground stainless steel, specialty steel, nickel alloys, carbon steel, etc. in various sizes and shapes.
